ABOUT
Language is woven throughout many parts of the research process. From designing survey questions and analyzing participant responses from an interview, to communicating insights to stakeholders, written and spoken language is integral to many parts of user research. My experience as a linguist has equipped me to evaluate language critically, and I bring that experience and perspective to my work as a user researcher.

I am a user-focused and empathy-driven researcher. I am curious about the relationship people have with technology and its influence on the ways people engage with their worlds, particularly how technology mediates and supports interactions between people.

After earning a B.A in Linguistics from UCLA and an M.S. in Human-Computer Interaction from GeorgiaTech, I’m looking for a role that would allow me to leverage skills developed in both programs and work in an environment where I can do diverse and impactful research.
